Hi there,

All the reviews on the product page are displayed in the wrong order: they should be displayed as “recent reviews first”, but it’s absolutely vice versa. I’ve made all the adjustments in Plugin and in WordPress according to your guide. (recent reviews are first); however, nothing has changed (you could check it on my website).

Can you please clarify how do you display reviews on this page: https://todgym.com/product/climbing-wall-indoor-playground/ ?

I see that this is not a standard WooCommerce product page layout. So, the standard settings might not apply to your block of reviews.

I don’t know exactly how it works technically but I add the DIVI module and it’s called “Woo reviews”

It looks like this “Woo reviews” module decides how to output reviews by itself and doesn’t respect the standard WordPress settings for sorting of comments. Unfortunately, there is no much what we can do about it. Please try to reach out to the developer of this module and ask them how to change sorting of reviews in their module.

Alternatively, you can try using one of the shortcodes provided with our plugin to output reviews. See the “Review Extensions” tab in our plugin’s settings for an overview of available shortcodes and supported configuration parameters.
