Sorting of Companies and contact screens

    Hi Everyone,

    I need to be able to set a default soft of my companies and contacts as they display on the screen. At the moment they soft by id# or what appears to be randomly.

    Is anyone able to assist me?

  • Hi there!

    Contacts and companies on the main Contacts and Companies pages can be sorted by clicking the column labels. If you’d like to sort them out by Name, click on the Name column label, and it will be in ascending or descending order.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to select a default sort at the moment. So once you navigate to other pages and go back to Contacts / Companies page, it will be sorted again by ID.
