    Hello @heheha,

    Thank you for reaching out,

It is possible that you accidentally disabled it. To check this, go to the following path and make sure Toolbar options are enabled:

Customizer > WooCommerce > Archives > Additional Shop Customization > Toolbar

If it is enabled and the issue still persists, follow the steps below for troubleshooting:

    1. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    3. Deactivate all plugins.
    4. Then, first, activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    5. Check your issue.
    6. Then, activate your plugins one by one
    7. After activation of any plugins, check your issue

Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation.

Note 2: if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards
