Sorting feature unavailable

    Hello!

    I am using the free version of the plugin on multiple of our client’s websites. On one of the recent installs I’ve noticed the sorting function is not working. I can’t drag and drop cookies, and I do not have a menu option for it as I do on other sites where the plugin is installed.

    What could be causing this? User capabilities? A plugin incompatability? The plugin version is the same (2.0.6) on the sites I’m comparing.

    Hi @wearefluid,

    Our plugin uses custom post types to display cookies in WordPress. It seems you are using an additional plugin to change the custom post type, as drag and drop is not a custom post type attribute. Kindly excuse us, our plugin is having compatibility with only custom post types.
