I have not been able to find this answer so please forgive me if it is answered already. I also reviewed extensions and do not see a solution.
What I am aiming for, is when a term such as glass is searched on a table; 1. I want all the items for that term to show. 2. (this is the key) I want to be able to have them populate with a “preferred” glass item first. I have a membership site, I want paid members to show before non paid members. I have tried a number of things but cannot force the order.
Please advise if and how this can be accomplished.
    thank you
    Lori

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Sorting and filtering are independent from each other, so from what I understand, you’ll want the paid members before the non-paid members at all times. Thus, just bring the rows into that order on the “Edit” screen.
Once a user then searches for something, he will only see the matching rows, with the paid members first.

    Regards,
    Tobias
