sorting by price not working

Product sorting by price isn’t working. I have tried regenerating transients and lookup tables. Deactivated plugins and cleared cache. All these did not help. Could you please help us out?

I checked this on our test site, and the sorting by price feature works as expected. I see you mentioned that you tried deactivating all plugins, however, it’s possible that your theme is creating an issue here.

I recommend doing a full conflict test by changing the theme to a default theme like Twenty-twenty. You can find details on conflict testing here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

Thanks for your help.

We switched to twenty twenty and switched off all plugins except elementor and elementor pro as we used this to built our website. Switching this off removes the product page.
WIth all the plugins switched off and switched to twenty twenty we still encountered the same issue.

For a complete conflict test, you would need to disable Elmentor and Elementor Pro as well. These are third party page builders and WooCommerce does not guarantee compatibility with the page builders.

Please try deactivating Elementor and Elementor Pro as well, then create a default shop page, and check if the sortingby price works as expected.
