Sorting by first field

  • Hi,

    By default, the directory is not sorted by the first field, which is what we want–I believe it’s just by date submitted.

    Is there a way to specify the sort to apply on that column?

    I can’t seem to find it in the config. Only to specify ASC or DESC order but not which column.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    FYI: I found a sort option under the Additional settings section through the editor’s directory button. Default is date_created. The description next to it is “Use the input ID ( example: 1.3 or 7 or ip )”. This was not readily apparent that this is for sorting.

    I would suggest changing the description to something more descriptive like “Default field to sort by. Use the input ID of the field (example, for the first field, enter ‘1’”
