Sorting by date/time in photo gallery doesn’t work

  • I was uploading new photos (over 100) to a post using the media manager. A few photos didn’t upload properly so I had to try uploading them again. But then they weren’t in the correct order (timeline). So I decided to try to sort the gallery by Date/Time but that didn’t work – the photos were just displayed in the order they were uploaded.

    My photos have EXIF data with date/time and I thought sorting by date/time would be based on EXIF data.

    Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?
