Sorting by date in TablePress

I can’t get my tables to sort correctly in the date field. For example, when sorting dates 1/2/2012 comes before 1/22/2005.
Here is an example page and you see the problem if you sort by “Closing Date” https://manausa.com/killearn-lakes-january-2014/
