    Hey there,

Amber here, thanks for contacting SkyVerge about our Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce plugin!
I’m happy to help out. ??

I understand that you are having issues having https://vapestoreindia.com/product-category/e-cig-kit/ sort by availability. Thank you very much for letting us know the steps you have taken, and the page that is not working as expected.

You will need to go into Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Default product sorting > and choose “Sort by Availability” and then make sure to publish.

Could you try this and let me know how it goes?

    All the best,

    Amber ??

    Hey there,

Of course, we try and responsed as soon as we can. If you have the “Sort By Availability” enabled within the customize section and it’s not showing properly on the front of the website, this is usually due to a plugin or theme conflict.

At this stage, I would like to test for any code conflicts that might be causing this issue.

This is best done using a staging site to make sure that it doesn’t affect your live site.?If you don’t have a staging site, you can also use?the free Health Check plugin?to simulate this testing on your live site. This will let you run through these steps for your user account only, without impacting what your customers see on the front end.

Could you please try disabling all your plugins except for WooCommerce and Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce?
    ?
If this fixes the issue, you can try re-enabling your plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
If the issue still occurs after all the plugins have been disabled, then this may be a theme conflict and you can try temporarily reverting to a default theme such as?Storefront?to see if that solves the problem.

Would you be able to give that a try and let me know what you find?

    All the best,

    Amber
