Sorting Brand

    Hi, I have installed your plugin, but the brand is only shown in the order they are made. Both in backend on productpage and in widget and also if I choose to show brandpage using [brands_list].

    I have sorted by brandname in widget “Woocommerce Product Brand”. But they are shown as entered.

    Also I would like to know how to write if I want use eg. [brands_by_name] and image – display brand image (please show how this code should look in a page.

    Hello,

    [brands_list] shortcode has parameter orderby, that you can use to sort brands [brands_list orderby=name].

    Not sure what you mean. If you need to display only brand images, then use shortcode like this [brands_by_name image=1 text=0]

    Thanks for quick reply and showing me how to use shortcodes.

    But when using [brands_list orderby=name] my brands are still sorted as when entered. I am not sure that I am doing wrong.

    Also in widget they are sorted as entered meanwhile the sort is set to orderby.

    When setting brand in product (in backend) the brands also stands as entered and not ordered by name. I have a lot of Brands so it takes time to find the right one.

    Could it be possible to get this as a feature if not possible now?.

    It could also be nice that when copying a product the brand was copied as well.

    Hello,

    It seems you have some incompatibility.
    Do you have some plugin that create or change how taxonomies works?

    Hi Oleg,

    Sorry for this, I have found the plugin that is conflicting and has deactivated this. (Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order). So now the plugin works as planned.

    The only thing to wish for is a new feature, so when copying a product the brand is copied as well. That will make this plugin much better.
