sorting a <ul> list

That’s what this plugin does. What is your list made up of? This plugin sorts posts, pages, etc…

This is an example list:

<ul> 
          <li>Geeks</li> 
          <li>sosna</li> 
          <li>Zebra</li> 
          <li>GeeksForGeeks</li>
          <li>Arbuz</li>         
          <li>?ód?</li> 
          <li>ósmy</li> 
          <li>?wi?ty</li> 
          <li>?rgern</li> 
          <li>?sterreich</li> 
          <li>überraschung</li> 
          <li>ludzie</li>
          <li>orka</li>
          <li>ucho</li>
</ul> 

I would like to have correct sorting for German (?,?,ü in the end of the list) and Polish (…L,?…,S,?,Z,?,?).

Just adding a note that I haven’t forgotten this and I am looking into the most practical solution.
