Sorted by content block name in insert dropdowns

Hello,

I’d like to have the content blocks sorted by name in the drop downs. As things are now I have to do a lot of scanning when inserting content blocks.

In the admin menu, they could also be sorted by name or have clickable headlines that sorts the list by either name or number (I guess short code could work for that as well, but I am not sure it’s as important…)
