    Hello:

I have several forms and all forms get post notifications and join the same list. There is one form that I want to know which subscribers signed up via this specific form. How do I separate the subscribers to know what form they signed up on?

Thank you so much in advance for your help and support!

  • Hi @randit!

You can check how many signups a form had by going to MailPoet -> Forms. Under the column of “Status”, you’ll see a count with the information.

As far as I know, you can’t check a list of subscribers who joined through this form, but I’m going to take a further look with the team just to be sure of it.

    I’ll let you know ??

    Hi again!

So, I checked with the team and there’s no way to check from the plugin dashboard what subscribers used a specific form to sign up.

There’s a more technical way to check that though – by inspecting the wp_mailpoet_statistics_forms table in your site’s database and compare the form ID with the subscriber’s ID. We’re aware this isn’t user-friendly, but it’s a way you can follow if you’re very interested in knowing which one used a specific form.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi @randit,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
