Sort Product Categories

  • I just did this using WP e-Commerce 3.8.10. I don’t know if I can help, but I can at least tell you how I did it.

    In your WP Dashboard, go to Products > Categories. Drag and drop your categories to the order you want and click Apply.

    That was all it took for mine to behave.

    Note that if you just added a new category, make sure you click Apply and then drag and drop and click Apply again. I find this makes the changes stick. I had that problem several times while creating and sorting variations.
