Sort posts alphbetically by data stored in a Custom Field

    Hey all,

    I have a list of staff memebers, with each haveing their own Post with the title being their name. I have added a Custom Field alled ‘staff_surname’, and I am using ‘get_posts’ to display the relevent Posts on the site. Is there any way to sort the Posts by this Custom Field using the Orderby argument (or any other if it would work.)
