I’m wondering if it’s possible to sort past orders by product and attribute at the same time.

I have an apparel store that has 5 products.

    1: T-shirt
    2: Hoody
    3: Hat
    4: Long Sleeve
    5: Sweat Pants

    Each has S-L for sizes

An example of what I need to do:

Sort by specifically Products sold in the month of January and see how many of each size were ordered.

So maybe 12 T-shirts were ordered, 5 Hats, 3 Long Sleeves, 10 Sweats, and 1 Hat.

I need it to show the quantity of each product ordered, but also the ability to see the sizes that were ordered as well.

    Thank you.

  • Hi there,

How are you viewing this information? Are you using the Analytics tab with WooCommerce Admin? If so, this function is on the way, but is still in development currently. You can see the idea on our ideas board here.

Well, the Analytics tab would be nice but also downloading a spreadsheet is something that we will be doing as well.

Thanks and that’s great the feature is on the way!

Hi Anthony! Glad to hear that upcoming feature will be useful. Just to clarify, WooCommerce Admin does allow you to download spreadsheets of all the reports as well as view them online. There is a “Download” button over on the right of the page. I’ve highlighted it on the orders report here.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any further questions!
