Sort order of flags not showing in widget

So far, I am very impressed with this plugin! One problem so far though – I sorted the flags into the order I wanted for the most part (the sorting still seems a bit odd), saved the changes, and cleared all my caches. But the flags are still showing in the original order: https://test.whatsthatbug.com.
