Sort Order not Working Correctly

    Hi,

    If I delete all of the images within a gallery, then rename the gallery and upload new images with the same filename i.e. 1.jpg, 2.jpg etc. the new images are shown within the gallery manager. If I then try to change the sort order, the image thumbnails shown are for the deleted images, I have tried refreshing the cache etc. to no avail.

    Can you please help.

    Всем привет! Работаю с хостингом Sprinthost на нескольких сайтах WordPress.
    Плагин NextGEN Gallery работал многие месяцы до последнего времени отлично. Однако после появления новой версии возникли проблемы. Вот одна из них:
    При просмотре фотогалереи NextGEN Галерея версии 3.5.0 (после обновления данного плагина) с использованием плагина Easy FancyBox версии 1.8.18 не действует сценарий расширения jQuery Mousewheel для разрешения просмотра галереи с помощью действия колесика мыши (необходимая галочка в чикбоксе на вкладке Медиафайлы о включении данной функции проставлена).
    1. В чём причина?
    2. Как решить данную проблему, чтобы разрешить просмотр галереи с помощью действия колёсика мыши?
    3. Возможно ли её решение путём замены плагина Easy FancyBox версии 1.8.18 на какой-то другой аналогичного свойства плагин?
    Буду весьма признателен за ответы на мои наивные вопросы “чайника”.
    Примечание: приобрести платную версию плагина Easy FancyBoxPRO – прошу не предлагать!

    Hello everyone! I work with Sprinthost hosting on multiple WordPress sites.
    The NextGEN Gallery plugin has been working great for many months until recently. However, after the release of the new version, problems arose. Here is one of them:
    When viewing the NextGEN photo gallery Gallery version 3.5.0 (after updating this plugin) using the Easy FancyBox plugin version 1.8.18, it does not execute the jQuery Mousewheel extension script to allow viewing the gallery using the mouse wheel action (a necessary checkbox in the checkbox for enabled function is affixed).
    1. What is the reason?
    2. How can I solve the problem to allow the gallery to be viewed using the mouse wheel action?
    3. Is it possible to solve it by replacing the Easy FancyBox plugin version 1.8.18 with some other similar plugin properties?
    I would be very grateful for the answers to my naive “teapot” questions.

    I have found that with jquery errors on the latest versions of WordPress 5.5 and 5.6 the following plugin may help.

    Other than the above I do not know how to help you.

    It appears you’ve found a bug @bob-reeves. I don’t have a solution for you right now, but I’ve added this to our internal bug tracker and will try to have it fixed in the next release or two.
