    Hello
First, sorry for my english, it could be bad, i’m french ^^

I have a problem with my Woocommerce, I would like to sort my orders.
I don’t know how to do it, but I would like that, when an order goes from the state “pending payment” to “processing”, the order goes first, before the “completed” orders.

Actually, my order was sorted by date, and a “processing” order can be in 2nd or 3rd page if my user paie later than other user, and i can miss one.

How can i do that ?

    THX for help !

  • Hey Alicia –

Have you tried filtering for ‘Processing’ orders?

You can do that on the Orders screen, here’s an image that shows where: https://docs.woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Filter-WooCommerce-Orders.png

That’ll let you see all the orders that are ‘Processing.’

In case you haven’t found it yet, there’s more helpful information in the official documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#section-1

    Would that fit your need?

Yes for me that fit ^^
But i’m in internship and my “Boss” want to have a real sorting. But if it’s imposible i’m gonna tell him it’s not possible at least !

    Hey Alicia,

The sorting that you describe wouldn’t be available within WooCommerce by default and I couldn’t locate any plugins that could add the type of sorting you described regrettably.

If this is something your boss really wants it maybe possible to add such functionality by hiring a developer to create a small plugin which could adjust the order display in this manner.

If your employer is open to this idea below are some partners of WooCommerce who could help you with that.

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations

Other than custom development the type of sorting your employer would like wouldn’t be possible.

    I hope this helps.
