Sort order by Menu

Hi,

I’m having some issues with sort order. I’d like to be able to manually sort so as per the documentation I’m using the shortcode:
[pap_portfolio category="5" orderby="menu_order"]‘

I’ve created a menu, and added all the portfolio/projects in there in the order I’d like them in, however it doesn’t seem to affect the order at all?
