Sort Order

How do I change the order in which the products show? They seem to be displayed on the products page in the order in which each was created, with the oldest at the bottom.
I need to change that order in order to group some similar items together.

See I would like the Parent Ads to display together and then in order:
Full
Half
Quarter
Eighth
(haven’t made the last two yet)
