Sort or Display Order

  • Is there a setting that I can use to change the display order of posts in Hitchcock. All of my posts on my site are galleries and I would like to change the order of the display. Currently they are arranged by date. I don’t see any settings where this can be changed. Alpha perhaps?

    Hi @jerryereed,

    No, there are not settings for adjusting the order (other than manually changing the publishing date of each post). I would wager that changing the order of the default WP Query isn’t even allowed by themes on the WordPress theme directory.

    There might be plugins that allow you to change the default ordering of posts, but I don’t know of any offhand.
