Sort league tables by conference record

I think that in your case you’ll need a way to tell SportsPress that this is an in-conference match or if it isn’t.

The easiest way to do that would be with outcomes. So instead of simply using win / loss, you could use in-conference win, in-conference loss, off-conference win, off-conference loss.

Then in your overall results you sum in and off records.

THank you for reaching out! So does that mean those presets are already valid or do they need to be setup on my behalf? If they need to be setup, is there any documentation on the process of how to do this? I was not able to find it.

I looked further into Outcomes and overall results and was not able to figure out a way to pull in conference record. Do you have any advice? I cannot figure out a way to distinguish conference (league) games from out of conference games.

@rochesterj @savvasha would any of you have any guidance on this matter or any suggestions of materials, videos, tutorials, I can watch/read regarding how to set this up in SPortsPress and what not? I would really like to accomplish this today if possible. Thank you!

As you are a Pro user, it would be much better if you could open a ticket in our premium forums.

We aren’t allowed to provide support to premium users in the free forums (that is strongly against the WordPress rules).

In addition, we’d be able to log in and guide you through the setup ??

@rochesterj so as a Pro user, it is against policy to ask for help publicly or it is against policy to receive that help publicly from the developer since I pay money? I guess I am confused because this is not a Pro feature at all and comes with the basic version. I could understand having to pay to get the answer if documentation was provided on how this worked, but I can’t even find that…

Regardless, I opened a web ticket with support and hopefully it doesn’t take 24+ hours to get an initial response.. will update this ticket accordingly..

It is forbidden to provide support to a premium product in the free forums, no matter if they have shared features.

So if you have a different site where you use the free version, we could help you with it. But any site using the Pro version can only receive support in our premium channel.

Again, this is the WordPress rule, not ours, but it is here for a good reason.

free product on mctomahawks.com.. that is a site i am using the free version on.. the same exact question applies. Can anyone in the public world NOW help me and assist me with this issue if you ever came across this before?

does the public have any ideas on this? Yes, I have paid support, but they have gone MIA and have not responded in over a week after repeated attempts to get ahold of them on my behalf.. i have an entire league and team I support that have been desperately waiting for a fix to some of these bugs, and I have no updates to provide other than I have heard nothing in over a week..

please, if anyone in the public can help, it would be immensely appreciated! even willing to throw donations towards a proper suggestion/fix.

Just a quick note here, this is not a simple setup issue, therefore there isn’t much we can do. The streaks just won’t work with multiple outcomes.

This is a new feature that we are working on, and we will release it as soon as possible.
