sort in frontend like in backend

But, doens’t show me the proper order ??

$_categories = get_terms(‘portfolio_category’, ‘$args);

same problem. activated the plugin -> backend ok, add the get_terms() function -> no result in frontend. Please help!

Can you make sure the following:
1) You actually created a sort for that taxonomy.
2) You had clicked the Update button.
