Sort Gallery Button Missing

  • The ‘sort gallery’ button is missing, so I upgraded to the most recent version of the plugin, and updated all the other themes/plugins/wordpress, and the button is still missing.

    I installed the plugin on a test site, and the ‘sort gallery’ button is there. Any advice on how to fix this is appreciated.
