    Hi,

    The issue is not after our latest update, it was caused by the latest wordpress update. If you are on WP 5.9 then it might not work, if you try to sort from manage galleries it does not work, if you try to sort when inserting the gallery it seems to be a hit or miss.

    We have issued an official bug report to our developers and we are working on a solution.

    Just as a follow-up on the sorting problem – we have found that the issue is from WordPress side so there’s not much that can be done from our side of things at this time.

    Apparently the issue is up to be fixed in WP 5.9.1

    I have the same problem. Glad that it not because of change of the free version. Hope to see the update wp soon

    Hi everyone,

    Just a heads-up that this problem got resolved from our side of things within the NGG 3.23 version.
