Sort Filter – How to remove/disable sort options

    We have a sort filter on a shop page that displays:

    • DEFAULT SORTING
    • SORT BY POPULARITY
    • SORT BY AVERAGE RATING
    • SORT BY LATEST
    • SORT BY PRICE: LOW TO HIGH
    • SORT BY PRICE: HIGH TO LOW
    1. How can we remove Sort by Average Rating, since we do not use ratings.
    2. Additionally how can we arrange the list to our liking? Meaning if we want Sort by Latest at the Top and Default at the bottom?
