Hello there. I’m using Wordfence on 2 separate sites and finding it very useful.
However, there’s one think I’m finding quite a pain: there is no way of sorting blocklists in Advanced Blocking or the Blocked IPs sections. Also, for manual blocks there is no trace of the date the block was implemented.

It would be handy to sort by IP (number or starting point of range), number of hits blocked and even by date the last hit was blocked.

This could help reduce double entries (IP range entered twice or 2 adjacent ranges which could be merged).

Sorting by date/number of hits blocked can weed out blocks that are no longer needed and to check if single blocked IP addresses haven’t become obsolete. I often block single IPs unless I’m certain that I need to block the entire range.

Could you add this to the future feature list, pretty please? Even if you make it a premium feature? It would certainly tip the balance for going from free to premium for me.

@anarchic_teapot: Thank you for the suggestions. I’ve added this post to an existing request we had for basic sorting options on the Blocked IPs page, and I submitted a new feature request for the additional options and advanced blocking, with reference number FB1181.

I can’t promise that every suggestion we get will make it into a release, or when that might be, but every suggestion we get is evaluated carefully and considered seriously.A member of our dev team may or may not reach out to you here to ask for more detail. Thank you for helping to make Wordfence great!
