Sort drop down not working/duplicates

  • Hello,

    I’m trying to set up my shop (not yet live), and my premium theme (Woondershop by Proteus Themes) uses this plugin, but the ‘sort by’ function is not working properly and when selecting an option the ‘sort by box’ duplicates.

    I asked my theme builder, and they said you guys were working on it. But that was 2 months ago, so I’m wondering if, and when, this will get resolved?

    Hi,

    Our developers are working on this, the sort by filter can be used before applying the filter, but not after, so in case you need to use the Sort By filter combined with our Product Filter, then it could only be possible if you apply the Sort By first, then the Product Filter, because the Sort By filter will be hidden after applying the Product Filter.
