Sort by title (alphabet) – way to skip "the" and "a"?

Is it possible to set the “sort by title” to skip certain words and characters when sorting alphabetically so that my post “The Bear Who Spoke English” would alphabetize with the B’s as opposed to the T’s?
Anyone know of a way to set a list of characters and words to skip if they’re the first word or character in the title?
