Thanks for providing further information about your issue here.

It could be due to caching. Can you please have your host purge the site cache from and see if this works?

Otherwise, can you please try to clone your site on a staging environment with only the WooCommerce plugin is enabled while running on the default Storefront theme and see if this works?

Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

I’ve tried all the suggestions you mentioned before.

We are experiencing this issue only in categories with a high number of products. When we reduce the number of products, the problem is resolved.

How can I solve the problem without reducing the number of products?
