sort by multiple categories

    On your demo site I see how to show only entries of a certain category.
    Is it also possible to sort by multiple categories?
    Like :
    show schools + providing organic school lunch + accessible by wheel chair
    or
    show supermarkets + open Sunday mornings + with bakery department
