"Sort by" form won't update products

Hi,

The select form that allows you to sort products is no longer working on my website. It seems it is not refreshing the page with the command.

I have been able to change the order from the admin panel, but any user on my site will not be able to change how they view the products, which is a problem. This was not happening early on in the process and stopped working at random. I updated to the newest wordpress after it stopped working to see if that would help, but it is still broken.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or figure out what is broken?
