    Does this issue occur when you use a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021?

    Please add following CSS to wp-admin > Appearance > customize > Additional CSS

    z-index: 111 !important;
}

    I will mark this as resolved, but if you happen to know how to make the Filter Drop Down Label a little wider so my text doesn’t wrap to a second line, that would be very appreciated. I looked for “um-member-directory-nav-line” and “um-member-directory-filters” looking for a width property, but it’s dynamic. Something with the flex property?
