• Good afternoon, recently I updated the plugin to the utlima version and I do not know if it is from this version or it already happened before, but when ordering by date, I ordered first by the number of stars and then by date, ie , first all comments appear with 5 stars by date, and then 4 stars by date also, I do not want this since I have recent comments with 4 stars and that appear in the last due to the number of stars, is there any How to sort by date without taking into account the number of stars?

    Thanks and regards.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

Can you please share URL of the page with this problem?

Hello, without problems, here it is: https://lonasxxl.es/opiniones/
On the second page there is a more recent comment (07/08/2018) than some previous ones, but it appears there because it has fewer stars.

    Thank you

Please update the plugin to version 3.49. This issue should be resolved. There was a bug in “cusrev_all_reviews” shortcode.

Now if it is perfect, but a new problem occurs, the css style varies between the previous version that I had installed and the new version, you can check it here: https://lonasxxl.es/opiniones/

What can I do to make the style the same as before in the new opinions? Thank you

I’m glad that the original issue is fixed. Can you please let me know what exactly is the problem with CSS? I checked URL you shared and it looks good to me.

Good morning, the first two opinions have a different css style compared to the rest (which are from the previous version to the plugin)

This issue might be due to the fact that there was a bug in the previous versions of the plugin and it didn’t specify all properties of a review. WordPress adds some standard CSS classes based on these properties. The new version fixes this bug, so the two latest reviews have all required properties and WordPress added a corresponding CSS class “review”. Older reviews have CSS class “comment”. Please create a copy of CSS rules for “comment” class and duplicate them using “review” class.

Solved, thank you very much, very kind.

    Greetings.
