Sort by Book Order & Sermons Appear 3x

Hello,

I am having two major problems with Sermon Manager. I have been successfully using it for nearly two years now.

First, I am trying to get the Sort by Book to manually order by the Biblical order of books, rather than alphabetically. How can I do this? Please see screenshot below:

Secondly, whenever I Sort By any method, all the sermons appear three times for each entry. I need to fix this as soon as possible, as it is a major problem that many congregants are pointing out. Please advise. Please see screenshot below:
