    Hello, I want my store page to be sorted by best seller.

    I chose the popularity sale status from the customization section.
    But my best selling products are not showing on my store page.

    This is my best selling product : “Prag Mekanizmal? Hakiki Deri Cüzdan”

  • Please check that the products which you think are sold have the status “completed” or “processing”. Only these products are counted as paid-for and popular. If they are not paid for, they are not counted. If you have a plugin which sets some other statuses, such as “posted” or “delivered”, then these will also not be counted as paid for. In this case, there is a snippet to add these other statuses to the list of “paid-for” statuses.

    If that’s not the problem, then I don’t know.
