    Is there anyway to have the widget custom sort? For example; here — it sorts, I assume, by the order of when the posts were made. Is there a way to have the widget sort the posts by the post titles? That would be awesome.

    The Sub Categories Widget sorts the list alphabetically. The default is ASC (a->z) and there is an option to reverse that to DESC (z->a).

    I looked at your link and you don’t seem to be using Sub Categories Widget.

    Which block of stuff do you think is generated by this widget? I’ve gone to the site and looked at the html and I can’t find anything that appears to be generated by the Sub Categories Widget (i.e. there is no element with id=”sub_categories_widget-3″ class=”widget-container widget_sub_categories” and a search of the code for sub_categories_widget finds nothing.

    I’m putting the code in my page itself. Is the widget code not allowed to do that?

    The list displayed on your Book Blitz page under the title is not generated by this plugin.

    • The html is wrong.
    • You have category images and descriptions displayed which are not included in this plugin
    • on the screen of the plugin you have show posts counts check but there these are not shown.

    The list is made by something else.

    Sub Categories Widget sorts by title by default.
