    Hello,

Please note, that the subject matter of the content is adult themed, although there will be no nudity, it is still suggested.

We have been using your free plugin for awhile as it is all we need at the moment. We have recently upgraded/updated things across the board: WordPress, WooCommerce, etc. It seems like there is a session expiration being triggered with the higher two of the pricing deals. We have three pricing deals:

    Buy 3, 4th Free
    Buy 5, 2 Free
    Buy 8, Get 3 Free

They compound on top of each other, and apply to the next item. So if I buy 3, I don’t see the discount until the 4th is added to cart; if I get 6, I don’t see the second item get discount until the 7th is added; if I buy 8, I don’t get the third item discounted until the 11th is added.

The problem I am having is with the higher two pricing deals. With this plugin active and I attempt purchase that many products, I get the “Sorry, your session has expired. Return to shop” error. It seems the order goes through on the admin side of things and gets put on hold, but the customer gets the error.

Can you please look into this functionality and advice?

    Thank you!

    Hi,
suggest a *full module conflict test*:

To track down a module conflict, please follow these steps ** PRECISELY **:
    (1) Install and activate a maintenance mode plugin (if desired)
    (2) Then, DO ALL (*at the same time*):
(-) do a full site backup!
(-) deactivate ***all*** plugins except Woo, my plugin (and maintenance mode plugin)
    (-) ** switch to a clean default theme like 2017 **
    — (This removes all other possible conflicts.)
(-) turn off all deals except the one we are examining.

    (3) ** test **
    (4) if good, add 1 module back in. ** Retest **
    (5) Repeat until conflict identified.

** This test depends on following the outlined steps fully. **

(PS – If you do have a module conflict, it will likely boil down to choosing between the 2 conflicting modules…)
