It works fine on my end. You can’t directly access an order success page; that’s normal.

I noticed the issue with the unwanted product in the checkout.

First, disable all cache plugins and server-level cache, and check if that fixes the issue.

Second, test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce. If that fixes the issue, activate the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the problem. Make sure to keep a backup before doing this

Hi, you can deactivate cache plugins from your plugins page like yoursite.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

    Hi @rubyhybur,

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where the cart page displays “your cart is currently empty” or “Sorry, your session has expired. Return to shop”, even though customers have added products to the cart.

This can be caused by a variety of factors such as caching issues, plugin conflicts, or session data not being saved correctly.

To troubleshoot this, you can start by clearing your website cache and browser cache. If the issue persists, try deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce to see if there’s a conflict. You can find detailed steps to run a conflict test here. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the problematic plugin.

Should none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be related to your server side cache. In this case, please contact your hosting provider to assist you further.

Please let us know how these steps work out for you.
