    Hi

Menu Order Attribution shows a message “Sorry: you do not have permission to access this page.” and does not give me access to report
I am admin for website so no role issue

I had this message just after installing plugin
I managed to get rid of message disabling “Woocommerce Analytics| and “Order attribution” in Woocommerce > Settings > Features but message appears again

    Console shows several error messages

    • Store “core/interface” is already registered.
    • select control in @wordpress/data-controls is deprecated since version 5.7. Please use built-in resolveSelect control in @wordpress/data instead.
    • position prop in wp.components.tooltip is deprecated since version 6.4. Please use placement prop instead.
    • Bottom margin styles for wp.components.SelectControl is deprecated since version 6.7 and will be removed in version 7.0. Note: Set the __nextHasNoMarginBottom prop to true to start opting into the new styles, which will become the default in a future version.

    Hello @johan_walter,

Thanks for reaching out, it sounds like you’re unable to view the order attribution report. Can you clarify a few points:

    • Have you re-enabled “Analytics” and “Order Attribution” in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features?
    • Were you ever able to view the report (or authorization screen)?
    • Is the URL you’re trying to access one of /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Forder-attribution… or /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=/analytics/order-attribution?

    Regards,
    Justin

    Hi @layoutd

1- Yes both are enabled “Analytics” and “Order Attribution”

2- Yes, I am able to view it. As I already explained opening the thread, message displayed after plugin installation, I was not able to view page under “Order attribution”, only this message.
I disabled “Analytics” and “Order Attribution” in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features
I saved and enabled again “Analytics” and “Order Attribution” and saved.
I have been able to set report and launch WooCommerce Analytics data synchronization
It is still on synchronizing, sometimes when I check status, message appear again but not all the time

    3- Yes URL is /admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Forder-attribution

Thank you for those clarifications, we are trying to reproduce the issue. When you are able to view the loading screen, what does it look like? Hourglass image or spinner?

    Hi @layoutd

    It is hour glass
    SCREENSHOT https://ibb.co/cX8rvBgR
Issue has to do with message in console, When page displays well, I have only 2 messages left
    store “core/interface” is already registered.

select control in @wordpress/data-controls is deprecated since version 5.7. Please use built-in resolveSelect control in @wordpress/data instead.

    Synchronization is also very slow
We have started at 13:06, it is 15:09 and it is only around 25% for 14764 orders)

    Hi @johan_walter,

We’re investigating to see if we can reproduce or identify the cause of the intermittent issue. Once syncing completes, if you continue to see the error, please write again. In the meantime, would you be able to tell us versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Analytics and PHP? Do you have the Jetpack plugin installed or connected?

I’ve also made a note of the long sync time, as it’s an area that we’ve already identified for improvement.

    Hi

Website is completely up to date
    WordPress 6.7.1
    WooCommerce 9.6.0
    WooCommerce Analytics 0.9.6
    PHP 8.3.16

I thought this plugin was a simple, light plugin as add-on of Statistics that works out-of-the box just reading datas.
Can you please give more information about how Order Attribution works.
Does it create table in database and store datas ?
I don’t understand the synchronization just to create a report form datas already in database
