  • Did any of the plugins get updated recently?

Try disabling all plugins at once and then try to add your user. If it works, then it would mean some plugin is conflicting.

    Thanks for your reply!

Yes, but these are extensions that have nothing to do with access in general. I have updated :
    – Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Sendinblue (which is currently disabled on my site)
    – Import and export users and customers (also disabled)
    – Yoast SEO

And Gravity Forms on March 31, but I didn’t have the problem at that time.

I’ll try to reproduce the issue on my Staging site and do this :/

    Hello,

I deactivated all the recently updated plugins and I tried to reproduce the problem on my test platform by updating the plugins, one by one.
However I didn’t succeed in reproducing the problem.

Can you please help me? The problem is becoming very annoying because I can’t even create pages without being redirected to this link… https://www.jaimemesdents.fr/wp/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vc-updater&_wpnonce=e90fa761b6.

Thanks to you, I wish you a nice day!

    See you soon,

    Brendan

    Hello everyone,

I really need help please, it’s been over 2 weeks and it’s very debilitating. I have a lot of trouble writing articles because the slightest feature or button that I click redirects me to a page, such as: https://www.jaimemesdents.fr/wp/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vc-updater&_wpnonce=018fdebd0d.

Thanks to you, I wish you a nice day!
