• Hello everyone,
the Plugin does not work for me, I refreshed, logged in and out, checked several different svg files but the uploading is still not possible.
After having read so many positive reviews I think I am an exception.
    Thanks for any advice!

Thanks for the question. If you want to send one of the svg files you’re having issues with, I can test quickly to see if it’s a problem with the file or something else.

I’d also suggest checking the Safe SVG Settings under Settings > Media to ensure your role is allowed to upload svgs.

Thank you for your quick reply. Admin role is checked in Settings -> Media and this is my role. Since I cannot find any option how to upload files here, please check the wetransfer link for the files examples. Thank you for your support ?? https://we.tl/t-6GZK28HA1U

Hmm.. all three of those svgs uploaded just fine when I tested. The only time I’m able to get that same error message is if I remove my role from settings or if I disable the plugin.

Are you using the latest version of Safe SVG? And did you download it from www.remarpro.com or from GitHub?

I double checked – the role settings are correct.

I just downloaded it via the WordPress backend so I assume it is the latest version. Is there any known plugin with which it could interfere?

I’m not aware of any plugin conflicts but that is probably a good next step. If you could let me know what other plugins (and versions) you have active, I can look at those.

Also what WordPress version, PHP version and what theme you’re running. Thanks!
