Do you happen to have a screenshot handy that further illustrates what you are seeing?

You can use https://snag.gy for easily sharing screenshots. You’ll just need to follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL into this chat window. It works with Chrome, Firefox and IE.

    Hello,

Please make sure that your vendor has the right permission to upload the file. You have to set the permission for the upload directory to “655” or “777”. If you have set correctly and still getting the error then please let us know.

If not and the issue exists please check the plugin conflict. Deactivate all plugin except for WooCommerce and Dokan. Then try again and take note.

If the issue exists to keep a strong backup of your site and allow me permission to check through your site and contact here.

    Thanks ??

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Sorry for the late reply, It worked. There was some plugin conflict it’s working now.

I have one more question how can I hide sold by which is on each product.

    Hello @ashishyadav400,

The sold by option is coming from the theme you are using. In order to hide the option you will need to modify the theme. It will be better if you contact the theme provider for the purpose, I am sure they will be happy to help.

    Thank you ??

I’m from India and sellers are from India itself so we don’t have swift and other things how can I add IFSC?

    Hello, @ashishyadav400

To accomplish that you will need to modify the core code.
