“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” upon activation

    Hello,

    I just installed and activated this plugin (Version 3.8.9) on a brand new installation of WordPress (Version 6.5.5). After I activate it and go to plugins -> installed plugins -> Metform -> settings, it shows a blank white page with the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” in it. Can you help?

    I understand your concern. This issue is occurring due to the inactivity of the Elementor plugin. Please note that the Elementor plugin is required for the MetForm plugin to function properly. Therefore, please activate the Elementor plugin and change the permalink setting to “Post name.” You can watch this video for instructions on how to change the permalink: link. Following these steps should resolve your issue.
