Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

I have, TinyMCE Advanced inside the Settings Menu.
However, I want to create a parent menu, “Fave Tools” in which I want to include/move the TinyMCE Advanced sub-level
I followed your instructions,
Modify the main menu of WordPress. Please note if you are moving a sub-level menu item to the top level menu you may get the following error message when trying to access the page: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” To get around this for the moment I recommend firstly restoring your menu back to the WordPress default and instead of moving the menu item, keep it where it is and hide it, and then create a new menu item on the top level that goes to the same link as the hidden child menu item.
But I still get the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error. What to do?
