Found the answer – user must be able to ‘manage_options’.

Still getting this error after changing my user’s capability to ‘manage-options’ and changing 3 occurrences of ‘is_admin’. My original question still stands – where can I change the capabilities in the code to permit a single non-admin user to use this plugin? Thank you
