    Hello,

It has been months we are using this plugin. After the upgrade yesterday from 2.2.3 to 2.2.7 we got this error : “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” when clicking on export or import from plugin page. The shortcut of the plugin has also disappeared from the WordPress menu. We tried to roll back to 2.2.3 but this error persists. We deactivated/deleted and re-installed the plugin, same error.

    Please advise
    Thanks and regards

    Hi @abinakhoul,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Would you kindly try deleting our plugin from your website, installing it again, and then check it?

    Hello,

We deleted the plug-in folder and we deleted the 2 folders webtoffee_import and webtoffee_export created under uploads directory and re-installed the plug-in, still same error.?

Why it is not added to the menu of the WordPress dashboard after installation? Can you please give usthe full path of the export or import page to check access permissions?

    Thanks and regards

    Hi @abinakhoul,

As mentioned in the support ticket, it seems like the issue is occurring due to a theme issue. Please try switching the active theme on your site and check if that resolves the issue.
