Recently after upgrading, we cannot go to its settings page.

Are you using the Multi-site?

No. Simple wordpress , woocommerce site. We have wplms plugin installed and it has an add-on called wplms mycred.

We will be releasing the myCred version 2.4.1 which includes the fixes related to the settings page.

@arsalantariq upgraded the plugin to 2.4.1 but still has same issue.

Can you please try deleting the myCRED plugin and installing it again?

i deleted the current one and then installed fresh and when i clicked the active button then it shows same error message:
